Job summary

Ovolo Hotels Group is seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Officer to create a warm welcome for guests and manage core front-desk tasks in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, addressing guest needs, and delivering proactive service with a friendly, energetic presence. English and Chinese fluency are required; night shifts are available. Fresh graduates are welcome and experience levels vary.

• Excellent command in English and good command in Chinese (both spoken and written).
• High level of resilience, strong ability in multi-tasking and adaptability at dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

You will assist and contribute in all front-of-the-house operations. This will involve, handling guest check-in and check-out, identifying customer needs and proactively providing solutions to match and enhance them. We need talents who are:

• Excellent command in English and Good command in Chinese (both spoken and written)
• High level of resilience, strong ability in multi-tasking and adaptability at dynamic workplace
• A cheerful personality and a good sense of humour
• Security Personnel Permit (If possible)
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed
• Less experience will also be considered
