Novotel Century Hong Kong in Wan Chai is hiring a Guest Relations Officer to manage day-to-day Club Lounge operations and deliver personalized service to members and VIP guests.

You will coordinate check-ins/check-outs, engage proactively with guests, and work closely with the front office team to ensure a seamless experience. At least 1 year of Front Desk experience and excellent communication are required. This role includes a 5-day work week and robust employee benefits.
