Job Responsibilities
Oversees the multi units to enhance engineering team’s competencies and optimize resource management
Work closely with different business units during the engineering process
In charge of technical and quality issues by offering advice, direction, and resolutions to unit managers
Provides a strategic plan with regards to engineering techniques to enhance operational performance
Ensures that the engineering team size and composition is matched to the Business needs
Ensures compliance with standards and procedures of Occupational Health and Safety regulations of Government
Liaises with contractors, to access material suitability and product construction to meet engineering and quality requirements
Performs ad hoc assignments delegated by management
Job Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
8 – 10 years of relevant experience in Hotel, faculty facilities and / or property management experience
Experience in corporate group will be preferred
Holder of valid registered engineering license is preferable
Independent and able to work under pressure
Strong in leadership, project management skills and result-oriented
Good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office applications & Chinese word-processing
