Gorilla Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced tech team. You will craft marketing assets for digital and print, uphold brand consistency, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to boost engagement.

Requirements: diploma/degree in Graphic Design or related field, 1+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and basic UI/UX knowledge (e.g., Figma).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of professional graphic design experience (In-house or Agency background welcomed).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent aesthetic sense, typography skills, layout composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and proactive communication—accustomed to keeping stakeholders informed of project status without constant supervision.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in UI/UX design principles or tools (e.g., Figma) is a strong plus.
• Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or fast-paced startup environments is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsabilités

• Visual & Marketing Design: Conceptualize and design high-quality graphic assets for digital and offline channels, including social media campaigns (IG/FB), in-app promotional banners, push notification graphics, EDM, and marketing collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all marketing touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Technical teams to deliver design solutions that drive user engagement and conversion.
• Project Ownership & Communication: Take full ownership of assigned tasks. Proactively update team members on work progress, project status, and timelines to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
• Asset Production: Assist the Product Team in preparing digital visual assets (icons, illustrations, and promo elements) according to product specifications.
