About the role

Prime Concepts Ltd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our design operations, based in Kwun Tong District. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual communications that bring our clients' visions to life. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client briefs, enhance brand identity, and drive creative excellence across multiple projects and platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Develop innovative and visually engaging graphic designs for various media including digital, print, and packaging materials
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate concepts into polished final deliverables
• Create original design concepts, layouts, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Utilise industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics and illustrations
• Review design work, gather feedback, and implement revisions to ensure client satisfaction and design excellence
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your work and contribute fresh ideas to the team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clear understanding of project scope and deliverables

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative design role
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent programs
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across various mediums and styles
• Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for typography, colour theory, and composition
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout techniques, and brand identity development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst also managing projects independently
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering work that exceeds expectations
