Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Government Relations Manager in Hong Kong to lead liaison with government departments for a robotics-focused operation. The role requires 5+ years in government affairs, native Cantonese and fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong writing skills for official materials and filings.

You will build a government relations network, monitor policy developments, and help position the company for policy advantages while coordinating with internal teams during public affairs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; relevant experience preferred.
• 5+ years in government affairs, preferably in inland tech, robotics, or related projects in HK.
• Native Cantonese; fluent Mandarin and English.
• Strong writing skills; capable of producing government documents and materials with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with government departments to create a favorable business environment.
• Build and manage a government relations network and a formal communication mechanism.
• Prepare government filing materials; follow project implementation and liaise with departments.
• Monitor policy directives; analyze policies and trends affecting company development; draft external materials.
• Represent the company in public affairs events to enhance government-level awareness and policy advantages.
