CICC's Wealth Management international trading desk seeks a junior trader/operations analyst to support cross-asset trading, product onboarding, and ongoing digitalization initiatives. You will manage trade booking, reconciliation, and settlement coordination with back and middle offices, while ensuring adherence to internal standards; collaborate with colleagues across teams.
A Bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years in finance and fluent English are required; securities/futures licences are a plus.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
- Fluent English, strong communication and document-processing abilities.
- Securities industry licence and futures industry licence.
Mansioni
- Execute multi-asset trades for Wealth Management's international trading desk.
- Assist with internal product onboarding and new product structures.
- Support development of trading and product-related ideas and digitalization projects.
- Manage trade booking, reconciliation, and settlement coordination with middle- and back-office teams.
- Review issuer eligibility and maintain counterparty relationships.
