Job summary

Nomura in Hong Kong's International Wealth Management seeks a Client Services Manager (Associate) to support senior Relationship Managers and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients across global markets.

You will handle inquiries, documentation, and account activity, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to timely transaction processing while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Business is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in client services/relationship management within wealth management or private banking.
• Must possess CACS papers 1 and 2.
• Experience with investment products and wealth management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised team player with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service support and assist Relationship Managers.
• Respond to client inquiries on account documentation, activity, transfers.
• Liaise with Clients and service providers to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Assist in client onboarding and account reviews.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle secretarial and administrative tasks; logistics for trips/meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
