Tallentire invites a seasoned Vice President to join our Financial Control Division in Hong Kong. You will own financial integrity, regulatory reporting for HK/China entities and manage US GAAP and IFRS compliance across the group.

Lead cross-border teams, drive digital transformation including AI-led automation and Power BI visualization, and oversee budgeting, audits, and control frameworks. Required: degree in Finance/Accounting and CPA/CA with 12+ years in global banking; Big Four background

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/CA.
• 12+ years of progressive financial and management accounting experience in global banking.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial integrity and regulatory reporting for HK/China entities.
• Sign off on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead end-to-end HK SFC FRR reporting and complex group consolidations.
