Job summary

Point72's Operations team coordinates the full trade lifecycle, including processing, reconciliation, and reporting across global markets. The role supports equities, derivatives, FX, and fixed income, working with traders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate settlements.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel, data analysis, and SQL skills, with 0–1 year in similar roles and a commitment to operational excellence and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• Experience in middle office, trade support, or similar function preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, pivot tables, macros or scripting; SQL or similar data tools advantageous.
• Familiarity with trade confirmation and settlement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end trade lifecycle management across global markets and multiple products.
• Reconcile daily positions and cash across counterparties; investigate and resolve breaks.
• Collaborate with traders, PMs, and brokers to resolve lifecycle issues.
• Manage corporate actions processing and elections.
• Develop and implement automation to improve workflows.
• Monitor FX transactions to manage currency exposure.
• Maintain security master and reference data across trading hours.
• Produce daily reports and metrics for stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance settlement efficiency.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
