Job summary

CASETiFY is seeking a Retail Designer to lead architectural and interior design for global retail environments. You will manage concept development through construction documentation, ensuring brand consistency, store planning, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 3+ years in commercial or retail design, with hands-on experience in VM fixtures, store concepts, and rollout projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or retail architecture, interior design, or store planning.
• Experience in VM fixture design, store concept development, or retail rollout projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino 3D / SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Good understanding of construction documentation, materials, manufacturing processes, and technical detailing.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; international working experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and review architectural and interior design packages for retail projects.
• Develop innovative store concepts and in-store visual merchandising displays reflecting brand identity.
• Support Retail Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across global store expansions.
• Coordinate with project teams, brands, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design intent and timelines.
• Research design trends, materials, and innovations to keep the brand experience fresh and competitive.
