Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of regulatory affairs experience in the food industry.
• Expertise in international food regulations including labeling, safety, product compliance, and claims.
• Experience in multinational organisations preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• English fluency; Mandarin advantageous.

• Lead the global regulatory and compliance program for food products and packaging across international markets.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements, new product development, and commercialization initiatives.
• Monitor emerging food regulations and communicate regulatory updates and business impacts.
• Develop and implement regulatory policies, standards, and best practices.
• Manage external regulatory consultants and service providers for high-quality compliance outcomes.
• Collaborate with industry associations, trade groups, and regulatory authorities on developments.
• Support global compliance initiatives and drive a proactive regulatory culture.
