Job summary

Haleon in Hong Kong seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure compliant market access for a diverse product portfolio, leading registrations, labeling, and claims aligned with commercial goals.

You will manage health authority interactions, submissions and inspections while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain and QA teams, coaching junior staff and driving continuous regulatory improvements for launches and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or regulatory field with 5–10 years in Regulatory Affairs
• Experience managing full regulatory submissions (registrations, variations, renewals)
• Strong ability to interpret global guidelines for diverse product portfolios
• Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with health authorities
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory processes for new product launches and lifecycle maintenance
• Develop regulatory strategies and risk mitigation plans; assess regulatory changes impact
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and QA to embed regulatory requirements
• Serve as primary contact for Health Authorities; manage inspections and queries
• Monitor regulatory trends and oversee safety review processes
• Coach and mentor junior RA staff and cross-functional teams
• Navigate cross-border e-commerce and OTC regulations to support market expansion
