Job summary

J.P. Morgan Private Bank's Lending Advisory team in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified professional to craft innovative credit solutions for high-net-worth clients, focusing on tailored loan and derivative structures within prudent risk parameters.

You will drive business development by leading local market credit marketing, originating opportunities, underwriting complex financings, and coordinating with Wealth Advisors and Fiduciary teams to grow the lending book.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience in lending, banking and wealth management.
• Experience with bank loans, mortgages, credit and derivative products.
• Knowledge of wealth management and financial planning.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with credit documentation and processes.
• Formal credit training experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions for client financings or restructurings within risk parameters.
• Drive loan book growth through credit marketing and referrals.
• Originate credit leads from clients and prospects.
• Underwrite and execute loan and derivative structures.
• Serve as primary contact on credit portfolios and key relationships.
• Monitor portfolio risk and adjust debt structures as needed.
• Collaborate with Bankers, Investors, Fiduciary Administrators and Wealth Advisors.
