Job summary

Agoda is seeking an Operations Specialist based in Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation support. You will process and coordinate operational requests for both Managed and Self Serve partners, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Fraud, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead by example, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong partner experience through proactive ownership and clear communication. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Global Operations with an operational mindset.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support: Handle operations tickets inbound from Commercial teams and Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Projects: Initiate and drive medium-sized projects to improve efficiency, quality and partner experience.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy and Fraud, Finance and Accounts Payables to ensure smooth facilitation.
• Apply critical thinking and independently drive improvements across the team.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams and regions.
• Create and document processes for commercial and operations teams.
• Handle tickets inbound from Self Serve partners.
• Maintain high service levels according to SLAs.
• Provide peer training to newly onboarded team members.
