Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Finance, Commercial Performance, Operational Excellence or related field.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with analytical, reporting and modelling capabilities; advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills to drive execution across functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational performance across the Group to identify profitability improvement opportunities and underperformance areas.
• Partner with hotel leadership, Regional VPs and Corporate functions to develop and monitor action plans for growth and excellence.
• Track targets, projects and financial impact with KPIs and governance updates.
• Support operational excellence initiatives including labour management and best-practice sharing across the Group.
