Job summary

CICC in Hong Kong seeks an experienced asset-allocation professional to lead global multi-asset portfolio construction and risk budgeting. You will translate macro views into policy allocations, manage currency and liquidity considerations, and collaborate with Trading, Risk, and Operations.

The role requires a deep understanding of capital-market assumptions, performance attribution, and cross-asset dynamics, with a track record of delivering disciplined investment processes and clear committee

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, CS; CFA preferred.
5–10 years in global asset allocation, multi-asset portfolio management, macroeconomic or multi-asset research.
Experience with strategic and tactical allocation, capital market assumptions, risk budgeting, and cash instruments.
Knowledge of performance attribution, risk analytics, VaR, stress testing, and investment guidelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic and tactical asset allocations across multi-asset portfolios.
Translate capital market assumptions into policy portfolios and model allocations.
Prepare investment-committee papers and present allocation rationale and performance.
Coordinate with Investments, Trading, Risk, Operations, Sales and Product.
Monitor risk, attribution, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
