Job summary

Aquis Search Limited is seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our international law firm client in Central and Western District, Hong Kong. This full-time role supports complex litigation and dispute resolution across a diverse client base, assisting senior lawyers with case documentation, research and smooth progression of matters.

You will manage case files, conduct targeted legal research, prepare court documents, coordinate discovery, and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Qualified in law or paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in litigation.
• Paralegal or legal support experience in a law firm with exposure to litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage case files, organize and index litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes and procedural rules.
• Assist with preparation of court documents, pleadings and correspondence.
• Coordinate discovery processes and document reviews.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel to progress cases.
• Maintain case management systems and accurate records.
• Support senior lawyers in trial prep and attend court hearings as required.
• Draft memoranda and case summaries to aid analysis.
• Manage timesheets and billing records for litigation matters.
