Location: Hong Kong; candidates based in the Philippines or India may also be considered

Experience: 2–10+ years, depending on relevant agentic AI and wider ML experience; senior hands‑on capability required

The opportunity

We are partnered with a global life insurer to build out its regional AI Centre of Excellence, applying advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI and agentic approaches to business challenges across Asia.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the scientific design and validation of complex use cases. You will connect rigorous experimentation with commercial and operational priorities, helping teams establish where new approaches deliver value and where their limitations must be understood. This is a hands‑on role with scope to mentor colleagues and influence technical decisions across delivery teams.
