Identifying and addressing training and development needs across the legal department.
Organising workshops, seminars, and learning sessions to enhance professional skills.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in legal talent development.
Building relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed.
