Job summary

Lalamove is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager, Information Security to drive the global information security program, oversee day-to-day security operations, and align security capabilities with onshore teams.

The role emphasizes leadership of the Information Security team, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance across markets, including GDPR and EO 14117, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience
• 3+ years of people/team management experience
• Deep understanding of core security fundamentals including network security, host security, SDLC, vulnerability scanning
• Strong experience with overseas compliance; good understanding of security requirements across Southeast Asian markets
• Deep experience with GDPR and EO 14117 preferred
• Excellent logical reasoning and judgment with a data-driven mindset
• Strong documentation and reporting skills; ownership and teamwork are essential
• English working language; ability to communicate with onshore teams in Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Lead the systematic development of Lalamove’s information security program and oversee day-to-day security operations
• Lead the Information Security team, providing vision, guidance, and execution oversight
• Maintain communication with cross-functional teams and drive security controls across the organization
• Ensure information security compliance across all markets and support certifications in priority markets
• Coordinate global compliance efforts and ensure policies and controls are met consistently
• Lead information security incident response activities and coordinate communication during incidents
• Build and develop the Information Security team, including hiring and mentoring
