Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Corporate Development & Investment Analyst to support investment and corporate development work within the Venture Capital industry. You will help assess opportunities and provide clear analysis to inform decision-making.

Join a high‑impact team with exposure to investments, partnerships, and product strategy across borders. The role requires 1–3 years in finance, strong financial modeling, and comfort using AI tools for research and due diligence.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, PE, VC, consulting or related markets.
• Strong analytical mindset to rigorously assess businesses and markets.
• Genuine interest in technology, digital assets, fintech and product innovation.
• Familiarity with digital asset products and DeFi is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
• Experience using AI productivity tools and LLMs for research and workflows; Python is a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Support senior management in evaluating strategic opportunities via market analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling and business case development.
• Identify, assess, and execute strategic investment opportunities with due diligence.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies to maximize strategic and financial value.
• Source, evaluate and facilitate strategic partnerships, joint ventures and collaborations across sectors.
• Develop perspectives on industry trends including AI and blockchain convergence.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with partners, investors and ecosystem participants.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, due diligence, and reporting.
• Provide operational and project management support for strategic initiatives.
