Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a Coordinator / Sales Officer to support export coordination and order management for gift boxes, printing, packaging and kitchenware. You will liaise with overseas buyers and factories, manage samples, and handle OEM items to ensure timely delivery for USA and EU markets.

The role includes communication with suppliers, follow-up on orders, and regular meetings with international buyers to facilitate product development and shipments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in export coordination or order management in printing, watch box, jewelry box, packaging, display or kitchenware for USA/EU markets.
• Experience in sampling and follow-up of orders.
• Ability to communicate with factories and overseas buyers.
• Experience handling OEM items.
• Ability to meet with overseas buyers and coordinate shipments.
