Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to liaise with overseas customers and manage daily inquiries. You will coordinate with vendors and buyers to ensure accurate and on-time production orders and delivery schedules.

You will also coordinate sample development, prepare for customer presentations, and follow the merchandising process from product development through production, preparing related documents and reports. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field.
• At least 3 years in merchandising or product development in food, with overseas experience.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and independent worker.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with overseas customers in order confirmation and handle their daily enquiries.
• Communicate with vendors and buyer
• Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc
• Coordinate samples development and delivery on time and prepare for customer presentation
• Follow up the whole merchandising process from product development until production
• Prepare product related documents and reports
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
