VISASQ/COLEMAN in Hong Kong seeks an Associate to join our Global Fulfillment Team. You will begin with a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you to independently support client engagements.

You will recruit experts, vet candidates, coordinate client communications, and uphold compliance standards across diverse projects, while building a career in the rapidly growing expert network industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with problem solving and adaptability.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in an Expert Network is a plus.
• Language skills in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts and vet internal database for project needs.
• Identify, vet, qualify and present qualified experts for projects.
• Coordinate client communications and arrange meetings.
• Ensure compliance standards across industry sectors.
• Network with professionals and apply research techniques.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across projects.
• Develop negotiation skills to advocate for outcomes.
