Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group invites applications for a Director of Global Cybersecurity (Group Level). This newly created role shapes and strengthens the organisation's global cybersecurity strategy, architecture and operations across regions.

The successful candidate will lead global initiatives with a strong emphasis on technical leadership and governance, build and direct a worldwide security team, and partner with the Group CIO on priorities, investments and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in cybersecurity with leadership experience
• Strong hands-on technical background in architecture, security engineering, SOC and cloud security
• Experience building or transforming cybersecurity functions in multinationals
• Proven track record leading major incidents and cross-regional teams
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PDPA or regional regs

Responsibilities

• Lead global cybersecurity strategy, architecture and roadmap across regions
• Establish and enhance global security operations, incident response and cyber resilience
• Oversee cybersecurity architecture across network, cloud, endpoint, identity and OT
• Build and lead a global cybersecurity team with regional stakeholders
• Drive security transformation, standardisation and continuous improvement across global operations
• Oversee cybersecurity risk management, regulatory compliance, third-party security and governance
• Partner with Group CIO on priorities, investments and risk mitigation
