Job summary

Green Lake Executive Search Co. Limited is seeking an Associate in Counterparty Risk to support the delivery of risk management solutions for overseas initiatives, including cross-border TRS and synthetic prime brokerage activities.

You will coordinate with management, business units and control functions, review ISDA/GMRA/GMSLA terms during due diligence, help develop front-office risk policies, and monitor counterparty exposure with data in risk systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related quantitative field.
• Basic understanding of OTC derivatives and counterparty exposure.
• Familiarity with Basel framework; CVA/CCR concepts a plus.
• Strong communication in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Support risk solutions delivery for overseas initiatives.
• Review ISDA/GMRA/GMSLA terms during due diligence.
• Develop policies for OTC derivatives front office support.
• Maintain counterparty exposure limits and risk data.
• Produce daily risk reports and ad-hoc analyses.
