The role covers audits, investigations, training and reporting, requiring 8+ years in multinational settings and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; professional certifications such as CCEP/CFE/ACAMS are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit, or investigations within a multinational company, accounting firm, or law firm.
• Proven track record conducting corporate investigations and handling whistleblowing reports.
• Practical, strategic mindset with an in-depth understanding of in-house corporate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and run the day-to-day operations of an effective, prevention-focused compliance program across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Monitor regulatory changes and manage cross-border projects, maintaining a shared Compliance portal for best practices.
• Design routine compliance spot-checks and internal audits across high-risk units; investigate whistleblowing reports and prepare objective reports.
• Develop and deliver high-impact compliance training programs for all employees and managers, promoting ethics and integrity.
