Axiom Law is seeking a Company Secretarial Senior Officer / Assistant Manager to support our global investment banking client in Hong Kong. You will handle incorporation/dissolution, changes in shareholders/directors, and assist with shareholder/board meetings while maintaining statutory records in line with local guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8+ years of experience across the full spectrum of company secretarial responsibilities for private entities from professional services firms, law firms, or financial services/corporates.
• Fluency in Chinese including Mandarin is required.

• Incorporation and dissolution of companies/subsidiaries along with changes in shareholders/directors as required.
• Assisting with the preparation and organization of shareholder/board meetings.
• Maintaining statutory and company secretarial records in line with local guidelines.
