Job summary

Great Eagle Holdings Limited seeks a Head of AI & Data to define and lead a global enterprise AI and data strategy across its property and hospitality assets. The role focuses on data as a strategic asset, driving AI-driven guest experiences, dynamic pricing, smart-building optimisation, and sustainability analytics.

You will build a centralized data platform, govern data, and spearhead an AI Centre of Excellence while working with business units and external PropTech partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in data & AI leadership, with at least 5 years heading AI/Data functions in real estate, retail, or multi-national company groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group-wide AI & Data strategy, including data governance, architecture, and monetisation frameworks.
• Build and scale AI solutions for key use cases across guest experiences, pricing, maintenance, and sustainability.
• Establish a centralised data platform with governance and ethical AI standards.
• Lead the AI Centre of Excellence, mentoring data scientists and AI engineers.
• Drive measurable business impact through AI pilots and scaled deployments.
