Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. seeks a Global Actuarial Solutions & Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end actuarial models, analytics, and automation with strategic leadership across 17 markets. The role blends actuarial depth with enterprise-scale delivery to form a centralized capability.

You will oversee a large portfolio, manage a 25m+ USD budget, and lead a 100+ FTE team, reporting to Board and GEC members while shaping BAU and future capability post-FFP+.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with extensive leadership experience.
• 15+ years actuarial experience; 5+ years in leadership overseeing change.
• Strong knowledge of actuarial solutions, modelling, analytics and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for actuarial solution design and delivery.
• Actuarial business leadership: ensure actuarial solutions and VCC are fit for purpose and aligned with business objectives.
• Actuarial solutions development: oversee global actuarial solutions including CAM to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Actuarial implementation: lead initiatives across modelling, analytics, reinsurance, automation and VCC.
• Stakeholder collaboration: engage with Group CFOs, CA's, Group Technology and senior governance forums.
• Operational solutions: ensure solutions are compliant, performant and deliver corporate objectives.
