Job summary

Hong Kong Society of Psychological Innovation Limited is seeking psychology graduates or current students to support psychoeducation programmes and intervention projects. The role includes coordinating FLOWER project activities in secondary schools, drafting workshop content with licensed psychologists, and liaising between clinical and technology teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Psychoeducation Programme and Intervention Support

FLOWER Project Coordination: Support the implementation and evaluation of digital youth mental health interventions in secondary schools.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with licensed psychologists and postgraduate researchers to draft empirically grounded psychoeducational workshop content.

Interdisciplinary Liaison: Bridge clinical and technology teams, contributing clinical input to the development of VR and interactive digital therapeutics.

Academic Research & Team Coordination

Research Coordination: Maintain communication with university partners across Hong Kong, the US, and the UK to support multinational youth mental health research.

Participatory Research: Coordinate the Youth Advisory Board to embed lived-experience and youth-centred perspectives into programme design.

Team Guidance: Oversee daily tasks and schedules for interns, placement students, and youth ambassadors.

Knowledge Translation & Community Outreach

Event Execution: Help organize the Psychology & Mental Health Fair, coordinating outreach to NGOs, academic institutions, and corporate stakeholders.

Event Logistics: Manage speaker panels, academic booths, and experiential workshops promoting mental health literacy.

Communications: Translate psychological research into accessible content for marketing, PR, and board communications.

Research Administration & Operations

Executive Support: Assist the Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, and Executive Team in the smooth execution of organizational initiatives.

General Support: Undertake additional administrative and operational duties in support of the organization's mission.

Requirements:

Any psychology graduates or current undergraduate & master students (or from related disciplines) [For current students, preferably from local Hong Kong universities and senior years of study]

Strong familiarity with psychology and mental health intervention development or research

Familiarity with the local education and mental health system, with experience working with mental health professionals

High level of independence and self-discipline in working

Ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines

An excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English

Part or Full time (Expected salary: $4,000 - $20,000)

4 or 5-day in office/ work from home arrangement

Occasional late-working hours
