Job summary

AWARD JEWELLERY（INTERNATIONAL）CO.,LIMITED is seeking a customer-facing specialist to support daily jewelry activities before and after events, identify gemstones, monitor major auctions, and perform data analysis. You will collaborate with the team and provide reception services as needed.

Ideal candidates have clear Mandarin, fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with PPT/Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Clear diction and Mandarin fluency with strong English communication skills
• Well-organized speech and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to collaborate, follow processes and handle customer-facing tasks
• Overseas study or work experience is preferred
• Experience in jewelry industry and knowledge of gemstones an advantage
• GIA GG international certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on daily jewelry activities before and after events.
• Handle problems, arrange progress, follow up on processes, and provide customer reception services.
• Keep abreast of major auctions and conduct data analysis.
• Identify diamonds, colored gemstones, jade, etc.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
