Job summary

Novva Group in Hong Kong seeks a senior capital formation professional to lead the full fundraising cycle, from targeting to closing, and to build a live LP network across family offices, sovereign funds, pensions, and private banks. You will craft fundable narratives for energy projects and manage PPMs, DDQs, and LP reports.

You will drive deals with an investment banking mindset, structuring resources and planning exits from day one, while supporting the CEO’s long-term asset platform

Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital formation, fundraising, IR, or capital introduction.
• Verifiable track record of closing capital (fund closings, large placements, platform equity, project capital).
• A live, callable capital network — deep in at least one group (family offices, corporate LPs, sovereign funds, pensions, insurers).
• Strong command of fund structures and fundraising processes (PPM / DDQ / LP reports / data room).
• Fluent English fundraising materials and roadshows; Mandarin and/or other languages a plus.
