Job summary

Links International is seeking a skilled fund operations professional in Hong Kong to manage daily fund operations, trade entry and settlement affirmation (via PMS), and reconcile broker and fund statements. The role requires 3–5 years in fund accounting or PE fund operations and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

You will oversee corporate actions, cash management, and risk controls while developing robust policies to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of fund accounting or PE fund operations experience.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the daily fund operations, trade entry and affirmation process (via PMS), and monitor of trade settlement.
• Review trade confirmations and recording broker and fund statements.
• Supervise the corporate actions, cash management - margin and collateral, facilitating payments.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Conduct NAV preparation, reconciliation, P/L review and NAV estimates.
• Liaise with prime brokers, fund administrator and system vendors on break resolution.
• Monitor fund capital activities and streamline operations process.
