Job summary

Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited is partnering with a private equity client to recruit a diligent Fund Accountant for its Hong Kong team. You will prepare NAV calculations, fund reporting, and liaise with auditors, custodians and external stakeholders.

In this role you will manage capital calls and investor communications, support financial reporting and assist with audits while developing hands-on knowledge of private equity fund structures in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, audit, or financial services accounting.
• Knowledge of private equity, alternative investments, or fund structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review NAV calculations and fund reporting.
• Calculate and reconcile waterfall allocations and investor distributions.
• Manage the capital call and distribution process, including investor communications.
• Assist with fund financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, custodians, and other external stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc projects relating to fund operations and accounting.
