Job summary

Imperial Academy is seeking a Full-time Native English Teacher for the Primary Section in Hong Kong to cover during the period. You will deliver English-taught courses focusing on reading, writing and speaking, and develop engaging lesson plans.

The role requires building a fun, interactive learning environment, organizing extracurricular activities, and preparing students for competitions. Attendance at two Saturday events is required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English with clear pronunciation.
• University Degree in English, English Education, Education or related discipline.
• Complete TESOL, TEFL, TESL or equivalent certificate / degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver English-taught courses such as reading, writing and oral course.
• Development of lesson plans.

Must attend 2 Saturday morning events on 5th and 19th December

Job responsibilities:

To deliver English-taught courses such as reading, writing and oral course

Development of lesson plans

To organize and conduct extra curricular activities related to English learning and teaching

To help train students to take part in different competitions, such as speech festival

To create a fun and interactive learning environment

To cooperate with the service provider to enhance the teaching delivery

Requirements:

University Degree in English, English Education, Education or related discipline

Complete TESOL, TEFL, TESL or equivalent certificate / degree

Must speak fluent English with clear pronunciation

Experience in Primary Education is highly desirable

Enjoy and dedicate themselves to long-term careers

Must be patient, responsible, friendly, energetic, motivated and love working with kids
