Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, build, and support a Financing platform as part of a global engineering effort in APAC. You will contribute to a production-grade system used by front office stakeholders, collaborating across time zones.

This role will be part of a broader, global engineering team collaborating across APAC region. You will contribute to a production-grade platform used by front office stakeholders, requiring strong technical delivery and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain platform functionality across:
  • Frontend and Backend services
  • Integration components and APIs
  • CI/CD automation and release pipelines
• Support the end-to-end build-out of aFinancing platform as part of a larger global program.
• Partner closely with:
  • Traders / business stakeholders
  • Product and quant / engineering counterparts
  • Global engineering teams
• Contribute to platform reliability, performance, and delivery quality in a production environment.
• Act as a forward-facing engineering point of contact for platform changes, clarifications, and incident resolution when needed.

Required Skills / Experience

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on technical experience with:
  • Angular (Front-end)
  • Java (Spring Boot) / Back-end
  • Python (for supporting services/integration/use cases)
  • CI/CD pipeline development (build, test, release automation)
• Experience working with modern web technologies; React experience is a plus.
• Prime knowledge preferred (tools/platform knowledge).
• Equities / FICC domain knowledge required, including familiarity with trading and financing workflows.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multi-timezone environment.
