Job summary

Ampd Energy is transforming construction with emission-free energy storage. We seek a Software Engineer to monitor multi-OEM fleets, track emissions, and take real-time action through clean design and scalable data infrastructure.

You will build features across backend, frontend, and real-time systems, design data pipelines using Kafka/MQTT, and deploy on AWS ECS with Docker and Terraform. A 4+ year full-stack background with Node.js/NestJS/Vue.js plus Cloud/DevOps experience will help thrive in

Qualifications

4+ years in full-stack development using Node.js, NestJS and Vue.js.
Experience with streaming protocols MQTT or Kafka.
Cloud/DevOps know-how: Docker, Terraform and AWS ECS.
Builder mindset and comfort with cross-functional challenges.
Self-motivated and collaborative with a curiosity for scalable engineering.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Feature Development across backend, frontend and real-time messaging.
Collaborate with domain experts to translate telemetry into user-facing tools.
Contribute to the shared platform layer for AI and data systems.
Backend API development with Node.js and NestJS.
Design data pipelines with Kafka and MQTT.
Frontend development with Vue.js.
Manage infrastructure and deployments using Docker and Terraform on AWS ECS.
Own features end-to-end with cross-team collaboration.
