Job summary

Binance is seeking a motivated student to participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under guidance. You will learn and integrate AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily workflows, translating requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction.

You’ll act as a seed learner to grow into an autonomous full-stack engineer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; CS or AI-related major is a plus.
• Hands-on project experience from coursework, internships, or open-source.
• Proficiency in Java or Golang backend.
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building end-to-end projects (personal, academic, or internships).
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Ability to articulate requirements to AI tools clearly.
• Self-driven; eager to learn and willing to exceed scope.
• Product mindset; curious about the "why" behind what you build.
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passion for learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools into daily development workflow.
• Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff between frontend and backend.
• Act as a full stack seed learner and grow into autonomously delivering full stack engineer.
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and suggest improvements to workflows.
• Contribute to the product lifecycle—from design to deployment and iteration.
