Job summary

The Adecco Group supports a leading financial services firm hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer in Hong Kong to design, build, and integrate modern digital solutions for wealth management and securities trading.

You will work on REST APIs, microservices, and data integration using Azure, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes, with Temenos involvement and real-time data processing. Strong collaboration across Front and Back Office teams is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development and cloud-based solutions within financial services environments.
• Solid back-end development experience using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Python, SQL and RESTful API development.
• Experience with API design, microservices, JSON/XML transformation, and enterprise connectivity.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging for real-time data processing.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of databases, data lakes, and enterprise data integration frameworks.
• Experience with Temenos or wealth-management/trading platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

They are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to help drive the design, development, and integration of next-generation digital solutions within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, application integration, and cloud-based solutions within financial services environments.
• Solid back-end development experience using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Python, SQL, and RESTful API development.
• Proven experience in system integration, including API design, microservices, JSON/XML transformation, and enterprise application connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging and event-streaming technologies for real-time data processing.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, data lakes, and enterprise data integration frameworks.
• Experience performing application performance tuning, automated testing, stress testing, and production support.
• Good understanding of wealth management, securities trading, brokerage, private banking, and investment products including equities, derivatives, funds, bonds, structured notes, and ELI/ELN products.
• Familiarity with Front Office and Back Office trading workflows and wealth management platforms, preferably including Temenos solutions.
• Understanding of Hong Kong SFC and Singapore MAS regulatory requirements related to trading and wealth management systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about learning new technologies and delivering high-quality software solutions.
