Job summary

Appnovation, a global digital partner, seeks an Associate Full Stack Developer to design and scale web and mobile applications. You will work across the full SDLC, collaborating with designers, product managers, and architects to translate requirements into production-ready code using Next.js, React, React Native and Flutter.

You’ll contribute to both frontend and backend services, apply TypeScript on the frontend, and Python on the backend, while participating in code reviews and continuous

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in Web and Mobile Software Development, with full stack exposure.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG) and component-based UI design.
• Experience with React Native and Flutter for cross‑platform mobile apps.
• Experience with frontend state management tools (Redux/Context API/Zustand).
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Styled Components for mobile styling.

About The Role

As a member of the Engineering team, the Associate Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and scaling modern, high-performance web and mobile applications. This role is focused on new feature development and digital transformation, utilizing a cutting-edge JavaScript/TypeScript and cross-platform mobile ecosystem to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend services. The Engineering team at Appnovation drives innovation for clients worldwide. In this role, you will participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial architectural discussions to hands‑on coding and deployment. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and senior architects to translate complex requirements into scalable, production‑ready code using Next.js, React, React Native, Flutter.

What We Are Looking For

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.


• Build, test, and deploy cross‑platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native and Flutter.


• Implement TypeScript on the frontend and maintain clean, typed Python code on the backend to ensure quality, maintainability, and reduced runtime errors.


• Create dynamic UI components and manage application states, ensuring cross‑browser/cross‑device compatibility and optimized performance.


• Develop secure and efficient server‑side modules, integrating with third‑party services and internal data sources.


• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas and manage data flow between backend services and web/mobile interfaces.


• Utilize modern development workflows, including Git version control, mobile app deployment workflows (App Store Connect, Google Play Console), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.


• Participate in peer code reviews, contributing to a culture of high standards and continuous learning.

Who You Are

• You are passionate about modern web/mobile frameworks,staying up-to-date with the latest trends in React, Python (FastAPI/Flask), and cross‑platform development.


• You have a strong foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean code principles.


• You are eager to learn from senior engineers and take ownership of specific modules within a project.


• 2–3+ years of professional experience in Web and Mobile Software Development, with demonstrated exposure across the full stack:




• React.js and Next.js (Server‑side rendering, Static site generation).


• React Native and Flutter (Mobile UI design, state management, and native module integration).


• Experience with frontend state management tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.


• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or mobile styling methodologies.


• Strong collaborative and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to discuss technical solutions in a team setting.
