Qualifications

• Recent graduate (0–2 years) with strong judgment, ownership, and output.
• High agency and low ego with the ability to work independently.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours when required.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Own special projects from brief to completion — events, offsites, launches, partner meetings.
• Coordinate and execute sourcing trips in Asia: logistics, meetings, samples.
• Support product development: research, vendor coordination, timelines.
• Handle high-priority admin for the founder with discretion.
• Act as connective tissue across marketing, supply chain, brand, and finance.
• Anticipate needs, surface risks early, and close loops.
• Jump into additional research, outreach, events, travel planning, or operations.
