BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a high-caliber Fixed Income Research Analyst to join our asset management team. The role focuses on fundamental credit analysis, relative value research, and risk assessment across Asian fixed income markets, with emphasis on offshore Chinese bonds (USD/CNH), high yield, and investment-grade issuers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• CFA or FRM qualifications are an advantage.
• 5+ years fixed income investment experience.
• Strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory requirements such as SFC Type 1/4/9 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct investment research for non-China Asia/Global market bonds including investment grade and high yield credits.
• Manage portfolio market risks including FX, interest rate and credit risk exposure.

We are seeking a high-caliber and driven Fixed Income Analyst to join our Hong Kong-based asset management team. In this buy-side role, you will be responsible for conducting fundamental credit analysis, relative value research, and risk assessment across Asian fixed income markets, with a primary focus on offshore Chinese bonds (USD/CNH bonds), high-yield, and investment-grade corporate issuers. Your insights and recommendations will directly drive our portfolio construction, asset allocation, and fixed-income fund performance.

Key Responsibilities

Fixed income portfolio management experience at buy-side asset management team and formulate investment strategy;

Conduct investment research for non-China Asia/Global market bond investments including both investment grade and high yield credits;

Manage portfolio market risks include FX, interest rate and credit risk exposure;

Responsible for P&L monitoring, performance attribution, and scenario analysis of portfolio holding;

Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, professional qualifications of CFA, FRM, ect. is an advantage;

Above 5 years relevant working experience in Fixed Income investment experience.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese including Mandarin;

Previous experience in SFC Type 1,4,9 is preferred;
