Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or relevant discipline, with less than 12 months of full-time working experience.
• Internship experience in Banking.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions.
• Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate KYC process through external and internal communication.
• Assist in documentation negotiation (ISDA, CSA, GMRA).
• Prepare internal memos and call reports.
• Collaborate with Senior Banker and Risks department on credit monitoring and portfolio risk management; assist in annual credit review preparation.
• Prepare performance reports & provide information to management when needed.
• Prepare presentations and market intelligence for clients to maintain relationships.
• Ensure all administration for the portfolio is accurate and timely.
• Handle ad hoc requests/projects.
