Job summary

ATAL Engineering Ltd in Hong Kong invites an Accountant (Financial Accounting) to join our finance team in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will handle monthly closings, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assist in statutory reporting under HKFRS/IFRS with HKEX rules.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or Finance, is a qualified accountant, and has 2–4 years in construction/engineering accounting. Proficiency in Excel (VBA preferred) and familiarity with Oracle ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance or similar discipline.
• 2–4 years relevant experience in construction/engineering accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and VBA knowledge highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closings, journal entries, and bank reconciliations for assigned group entities.
• Statutory & group reporting in HKFRS/IFRS and HKEX compliance.
• Intercompany analysis and balance sheet/P&L variance review.
