UOB Hong Kong is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to prepare HKMA regulatory reports and Head Office reports in line with standards. The role focuses on data quality, controls, and timely reporting.

The candidate should have a degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years of experience in banking or audit, with hands-on HKMA reporting and strong analytical skills. MS Office proficiency is required.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions or audit firms.
• Hands-on experience in HKMA regulatory reporting and returns is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple deliverables.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare HKMA regulatory reports and Head Office reports in accordance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial control policies.
• Participate in regulatory reporting enhancement initiatives, including projects, UAT, and data quality improvement exercises.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and regulatory reporting data.
• Investigate and resolve reporting issues, and provide timely support for regulatory reporting related queries and requests.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
