Job summary

Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a qualified finance professional to support accounting policy updates and KPI management.

You will assist in preparing financial management reports and analyses to measure the bank's performance, while closely coordinating budgeting with Head Office. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in banking regulatory reporting, and proficiency in Excel and data tools.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance and Accounting, or other related discipline with CPA or ACCA qualification
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banking, financial industry or accounting firms
• Experience in implementing new systems and automation requests
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including smooth communication with Head Office
• Good knowledge and experience in accounting standards, regulatory and statutory reporting requirements for banking industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced skills in MS Excel and/or other database management software skills
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good language skills (Mandarin, English, and Cantonese)

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating accounting policies and workflow in adopting new accounting and regulatory requirements or business/system changes
• Assist in KPI management
• Prepare financial management reports and related financial information and analysis for the Bank's performance measurement
• Monitor and report the financial forecasting and budgeting process by working closely with Head Office
• Compile ad hoc reports for senior management's review and other management accounting related work
