Job summary

Sengi Express Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, cash flow, and internal controls, with a team of over 10.

You will work with management to improve financial accuracy, operational efficiency and decision-making in a multinational group reporting environment, with exposure to cross-border logistics and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, including corporate financial management.
• Experience in a multinational company or group company is preferred.
• Experience in cross-border logistics, e-commerce, supply chain or related industry is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury management and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with executive reporting and synthesis capability.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Hong Kong Resident required.

• Analyze P&L, margins, costs, cash flow, and provide actionable insights to management.

• Oversee cash flow, accounts receivable/payable and expense control to improve working capital.
• Strengthen financial processes and internal controls, and collaborate with IT/Data teams to improve data quality.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure timely delivery.

Leveraging the network and resources of Poste Italiane, we provide end-to-end cross-border logistics services, including last-mile delivery, Italy dedicated parcel line, European parcel customs clearance, air and sea freight, Europe truck transportation, reverse logistics, FBA return processing, overseas warehousing and other value-added logistics solutions.

To support business growth, operational improvement and effective financial management, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company’s finance function.

This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, cash flow management, financial and business analysis, and internal controls. The Finance Manager will also lead a finance team of over 10 members and work closely with management and business teams to improve financial accuracy, operational efficiency and decision-making.

We are looking for a well-rounded finance professional with solid corporate finance experience, strong analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively in a multinational and group reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
Oversee daily financial operations, month-end closing, financial reporting and Group reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

2. Budgeting & Performance Analysis
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, monitor financial and operational performance, and conduct variance and root cause analysis against budget, forecast and key targets.

3. Business & Decision Support
Analyze P&L, margins, costs, cash flow, customer and operational performance, and provide actionable insights and executive-level reports to support management decisions.

4. Tax, Audit & Compliance
Manage tax, audit and statutory compliance matters, and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and Group finance teams.

5. Treasury & Financial Operations
Oversee cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and expense control, improving working capital efficiency and managing financial risks.

6. Internal Control & Process Improvement
Strengthen financial processes and internal controls, and work with Operations, Commercial and IT/Data teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

7. Team Management
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, effective collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field;

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, including hands-on experience in corporate financial management. Prior audit experience is preferred.

3. Experience in a multinational company, foreign-invested company or group company is preferred. Experience in cross-border logistics, e-commerce, supply chain or a related industry is an advantage.

4. Solid knowledge of financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury management and internal controls.

5. Strong financial and business analysis capability, including profit and loss, margin, cost breakdown, variance and driver-based analysis.

6. Strong analytical and structured thinking, executive reporting and synthesis capability

7. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

8. Must be Hong Kong Resident.
