Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is launching a Finance Manager in Training (MIT) program to develop exceptional leadership in a luxury hotel finance team. The MIT will gain comprehensive exposure to finance operations, mentorship, and department rotations while preparing for an Assistant Manager role.

The program emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective internal and external communication within a prestige hospitality setting. This is a full-time opportunity based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership potential in your current role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, and ability to use e-mail and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on rotations in Finance.
• Assist in Month-End activities, financial statements, accruals, and journal entries.
• Ensure coverage across Finance during vacations and leaves.
• Contribute to records control, security, retention and disposal per policy.
• Oversee payroll, general ledger, accounts payable and cashiering coordination.
